Hi! My name is Tamisa Phillips and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (in CA and in TX). With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, drawing from extensive training in effective tools designed to alleviate anxiety, process trauma, and support emotional well-being.
